I'm using an XML playlist to play back some mp3s hosted on Akamai.  Everything works well, with two exceptions.

  1. The counter is incorrect for the mp3.  The mp3 is encoded at a constant rate of 56kbps, so this isn't an issue with variable bit rate encoding.
  2. More importantly, there is a small white arrow to the right of each track in the playlist.  If a user clicks on the arrow, instead of the track name, the browser tries to launch the rtmp link in a new window, which throws an error.  Is there a way to disable the arrow or have it launch the track in the player?  This will be very confusing for my users.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the counter, we have tested the module with various mp3 files and didn't able to reproduce this error.

You can disable download in module settings and set item's parameter in your XML file to "#" .

I have disabled download in the module's settings, already, but the icon still appears. What parameter are you referring to in the XML playlist?

Oh sorry, I forgot to name the parameter

It is parameter in the playlist item.
You cannot remove the icon, but if you set # for the playlist item, when one cliks on the icon nothing will happend.

Thanks!

I have same problem with that little arrow launching a new window - when setting the module to read all the files from a directory. How can we disable that small arrow?
