Hi,

I've used a trial version of the FLV player to try to set up a video to play at a test site. Unfortunatly it doesn't seem to be working.

The flv video file is under 1Mb but does not start automaticlly. Even if I have it set to start automatically the play button shows, rather than the spinning circle to signify the video is getting ready to play?

I'm very sure I have all the nessecary settings correct...so I decided to ask for advice or assitance.

Hi,

thank you for the feedback.
What is your DNN version, please? Do you have the flv MIME Type enabled in your web server? Could you please provide some URL with the module installed? (You can post it here or to our support e-mail address support(at)considero.net).

Thanks!

Hi,

We've adjusted the flv mime type on the server and it is working. Thank you.
